Purpose
The VSSPL Nexus is provided for freight forwarding, customs, documentation, customer communication, billing, and internal operations managed by Vibrant Shipping Services Pvt. Ltd.
Authorized Use
Only authorized staff, customers, or approved representatives may access the portal. Users must use the system only for legitimate business activity connected with VSSPL services.
Account Responsibility
Each user is responsible for activity under their login. Do not share passwords, bypass role permissions, access another customer's data, or upload misleading, harmful, or unauthorized documents.
Quotes, Rates, And Documents
Quotes, rate information, cost sheets, generated documents, invoices, and operational updates are business records. Final commercial terms depend on confirmed rates, carrier availability, customs requirements, taxes, duties, and written VSSPL confirmation.
Customer Portal Documents
Customers can view and download only documents marked customer-visible and linked to their company or shipment. Internal documents, costs, vendor bills, margins, and restricted operational notes are not customer-facing.
System Availability
The portal may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages such as email, WhatsApp, OCR, AI, storage, or carrier systems.
Audit And Monitoring
VSSPL may log user activity, document downloads, quote actions, communication events, and operational changes for security, compliance, and service quality.
