What This Portal Handles
The VSSPL Nexus is a freight management system used for inquiries, cost sheets, quotes, jobs, documents, customs, invoices, vendor bills, customer updates, and operational communication.
Information We Process
We process customer and consignee details, shipper details, contact information, GST/PAN/IEC data where applicable, shipment/job records, BL/BOE/DO/invoice documents, rates, vendor details, task history, audit logs, and email/WhatsApp communication records.
How We Use Information
Data is used to prepare quotes, manage freight jobs, coordinate customs and documentation, send operational updates, generate documents, maintain audit trails, and support customer service and accounting workflows.
Portal Access
Master customers are company/customer records and do not automatically receive portal access. Portal access exists only when VSSPL creates a customer login linked to that company. Internal users see data according to their assigned role and permissions.
Documents And AI Extraction
Uploaded documents may be processed with OCR or AI-assisted extraction to fill shipment, customs, invoice, or document review fields. Extracted data is used for operational accuracy and remains subject to human review where required.
Sharing
We share information only as needed for freight operations, including carriers, agents, transporters, customs brokers, warehouses, customers, and approved internal staff. We do not sell portal data.
Security
The portal uses authenticated access, role-based permissions, CSRF protection, audit logging, customer document allowlists, and restricted document visibility. Users must keep credentials confidential and report suspicious access immediately.
